This morning, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled an officially licensed, limited edition Oregon Ducks Floating Inflatable Duck in the River Bobblehead. The bobblehead is a replica of the inflatable Oregon Duck that went viral when it was seen floating in downtown Indianapolis during the Big Ten Football Media days. Not far from Lucas Oil Stadium, where the league congregated to mark the beginning of a new era for the conference, a 65-foot, 1,600-pound inflatable Oregon Duck was spotted floating on the White River. The special edition bobbleheads are being produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of the University of Oregon.

All the details are below, and you can find pictures and graphics of the bobbleheads that you can use at this Dropbox link. The bobbleheads are now available exclusively in our online store at the following link.

  • Boasting The Oregon Duck, a fan favorite and a legend in the mascot community, the Oregon Ducks made a splash in downtown Indianapolis on Tuesday, July 23rd. In its inaugural appearance at Big Ten Football Media Days as a first-year member of the Big Ten Conference, Oregon showed just how to make an entrance. • Oregon, one of the most recognizable brands in college football, is among four new Big Ten members, joining the conference from the Pac-12 along with USC, UCLA, and Washington. In the Big Ten’s unofficial media poll, Oregon was picked to finish second behind Ohio State.
  • “The giant floating Oregon Duck in Indianapolis generated a ton of buzz this week, and we think a bobblehead is the perfect way to celebrate,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. “Now fans can own a mini replica bobblehead of the giant Oregon Duck that people will be talking about for a long time!”
