NASCAR: Tony Stewart And Danica Patrick Earn Unique HOF Honors By Christopher Olmstead

Former NASCAR driver Tony Stewart and current NASCAR driver Danica Patrick have earned themselves the unique honor of being inducted into the Hall of Fame, the Bobblehead Hall of Fame.

Usually when a NASCAR driver finds themselves in a position to be enshrined in a Hall of Fame it tends to be related to the world of Motorsports. For Stewart and Patrick, that isn’t exactly the case here. The Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum in Milwaukee, Wisc is currently home to the largest collection of bobbleheads in the world. At last count there were more than 5,000 bobbleheads on display, depicting some of the greatest athletes in the history of sports.
Stewart and Patrick will officially join the rest of the famous bobbleheads this week as the figures are being sent over courtesy of Texas Motor Speedway. The two bobbleheads of the NASCAR drivers actually originated at TMS through promotions done by the track. The Stewart bobblehead was a promotion that was done last November at the track while the Patrick promotion is one that is scheduled to be done this weekend at the track.

Stewart and Patrick will soon have company in the Hall of Fame though from another driver from Stewart-Haas Racing. Kevin Harvick, who will have a bobblehead in November at Texas, is expected to be inducted into the Hall of Fame later on this year.
