Bobblehead HOF, museum unveils World Series Champion bobbleheads By Antique Trader News
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has unveiled 12 bobbleheads commemorating Major League Baseball teams that have won multiple World Series Championships. But, if you are looking to getting your hands on one, time is of the essence. Because, as of Nov. 10, the first batch of bobbleheads issues earlier, are on backorder.
First Among Bobbleheads
The bobbleheads, which will be individually numbered to only 1,000, are only available in the National Bobblehead HOF and Museum’s Online Store. These are the first bobbleheads that commemorate all of the World Series titles for each team.
Furthermore, the bobblehead features the team’s mascot with replica World Series trophies representing each of the teams’ World Series titles. In addition, the bobbleheads feature a commemorative backing that lists the years of each team’s championships.
The bobbleheads are part of an exclusive series by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum commemorating MLB World Series Champions. Production of bobbleheads featuring World Series Champions and their mascots began in 2001. Before now, no bobbleheads commemorating all championships for each franchise were in existence. The St. Louis Cardinals and Boston Red Sox bobbleheads came about earlier this year, while bobbleheads commemorating the World Series titles for the Baltimore Orioles, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, Kansas City Royals, Miami Marlins, Minnesota Twins, New York Mets, Oakland Athletics, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, San Francisco Giants and Toronto Blue Jays were part of a recent announcement.
“These bobbleheads are the perfect way for die-hard fans to commemorate their team’s World Series titles,” said Phil Sklar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. “These will be cherished collectibles that bring back great memories of championship seasons.”
Cost and Ordering
In conclusion, the bobbleheads, with official licensing, will ship in February, just in time for Spring Training. They cost $40 each, with flat rate shipping of $8. All bobbleheads in the series are exclusive to the National Bobblehead HOF, courtesy of Forever Collectibles.
