This morning, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled a very special, officially licensed Ohio State Buckeyes Football Welcome to Atlanta Bobblehead celebrating Ohio State’s upcoming trip to Atlanta for the 2025 College Football Playoff National Championship Game against Notre Dame. The bobblehead is being released ahead of the game next Monday, January 20th at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, as the team and its fans head to Atlanta on the quest for the school’s ninth football National Championship. The special edition bobblehead is available exclusively from the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of The Ohio State University.

  • The bobbleheads are now available in the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum’s Online Store at this link.
  • The bobbleheads, which are expected to ship in July, are $45 each plus a flat-rate shipping charge of $8 per order.
  • Each bobblehead will be individually numbered to 2,025.
  • Standing on a highway textured base and straddling the yellow center line, the bobblehead features Ohio State’s mascot, Brutus Buckeye, holding a suitcase in front of a sign that reads “Welcome To Atlanta” along with a bobbling Ohio State Buckeyes logo.
  • With a 28-14 victory over No. 3 Texas on Friday, January 10th in the Cotton Bowl in Arlington, Texas, No. 6 Ohio State (13-2) moved within one victory of the school’s ninth football national title.
  • The Buckeyes (13-2) will take on Orange Bowl champion Notre Dame (14-1) in the College Football Playoff National Championship on Monday, January 20th at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. Jack Sawyer had an 83-yard fumble return for a touchdown with 2 minutes, 13 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter to help seal the victory. It was the longest fumble return in CFP history. Quinshon Johnson also rushed for two TDs, while Will Howard completed 24-of-33 passes for 289 yards and a TD to Treveyon Henderson.
  • Ohio State defeated Texas in the same stadium where they won the title 10 years ago when the CFP debuted with a four-team format. Now, they have a chance to be crowned a champion again in the first season with an expanded 12-team field.
  • Ohio State is recognized by the university and NCAA as having won eight national championships, including six from the major wire-service selectors (AP Poll and/or Coaches’ Poll).
