Two Limited Edition bobbleheads featuring Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Russell Westbrook are now available from the National Bobblehead HOF and Museum.
MILWAUKEE, Wi.,July 20, 2017 – – This morning, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museumunveiledtwo limited edition Russell Westbrook bobbleheads commemorating the superstar and his 2016-2017 season. Westbrook won the 2017 NBA MVP Award after becoming only the second player ever to average a triple-double for an entire season.Westbrook also surpassed Oscar Robertson’s single-season triple-double record which stood for 55 years.
Thefirst bobbleheadfeatures Westbrook in a dunking pose and has a built-in counter to track Westbrook’s career triple-doubles. Westbrook ended the 2016-2017 season with 79 career triple-doubles, trailing only three players in the NBA record book. Westbrook currently sits behind Oscar Robertson (181 career triple-doubles), Magic Johnson (138) and Jason Kidd (107). Fans will be able to adjust the counter for each of Westbrook’s triple-doubles as he climbs up in the record book.
The triple threat bobblehead features Westbrook in stealing, passing and shooting poses while wearing each of OKC’s three jerseys. The Thunder superstar averaged 31.6 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 10.4 assists while leading the league in scoring. The commemorative backing features pictures of Westbrook and includes Westbrook’s stats from the record-breaking 2016-2017 season.

Both limited edition bobbleheads are now available for preorder with delivery expected by November. The counter bobbleheads are $40 each while the triple threat bobbleheads are $70. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $8 per order. They were produced by Forever Collectibles and are officially licensed.
